Out of Network Provider:  Dr. Kittay’s Office is an Out-of-Network Provider and therefore does not hold contracts with Insurance Companies This means we are not allowed to bill or accept payment from Insurance Companies.  Therefore, we bill you, and you bill your Insurance Company for services rendered. If you call the number on the back of your Insurance Card they will explain to you your reimbursement rate for a Out-of-Network Doctor’s Office Visit with a Psychiatrist, MD.   Most plans have coverage for Behavioural Health Medicine.  Make sure you tell your Insurance Care Provider that Dr. Kittay is an MD. We are happy to assist you if you need help verifying Out-of Network benefits with your insurance company.  Please call our office and ask for Melanie. Payments: All payments must be paid at the time of service.  Charges are the responsibility of the patient.  Our office will assist you in your paperwork for your Out-of-Network coverage. We accept CASH, CHECKS, ATM, DISCOVER, MASTER CHARGE and VISA.
